Our Teams

FIRST LEGO League Explore

Students ages 4 - 10 years old compete using the LEGO WeDo 2.0. They have to do research, design, and build a model based on the season theme. They then create a poster of their team journey and give a presentation to Judges.

FIRST LEGO League Challenge

Students aged 9 - 14 years old compete using the LEGO Spike Prime robot. They design, code, and build an autonomous robot to complete a 2.5 minute robot game run. They also complete and Innovative Project based on the season theme.

FIRST TECH Challenge

Students aged 13 - 18 years old compete using android based metal robots to design, build, and code a robot to compete in a 2.5 minute robot competition match. They document their season in an Engineering Portfolio.

SUSTAINABILITY

STUDENT MENTORSHIP

We focus heavily on team members mentoring other students. We do this through mentoring younger teams and STEM workshops and outreach.

Our Core Values

“Train up a child in the way they should go, teaching them to seek God’s wisdom and will for their abilities and talents, even when they are old they will not depart from it.”
